Responsibilities
- Conducting routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all industrial electrical systems, control panels, and production machinery to minimize downtime.
- Developing and implementing preventative maintenance schedules for all electrical equipment.
- Diagnosing and rectifying complex electrical faults in PLCs, motors, drives, and other automated systems.
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to perform installations and repairs.
- Ensuring all electrical work complies with company and industry health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Proven professional experience as an Electrical Engineer within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
- Strong practical knowledge of PLCs, VFDs, servo motors, and industrial control systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience within the textile manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
