Job Description
- Manage all daily showroom operations, including staff supervision, customer service, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Lead, train, and motivate the showroom team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Analyze sales performance, customer feedback, and operational data to drive improvements and achieve KPIs
- Ensure the showroom reflects Homzmart’s brand identity in layout, cleanliness, product presentation, and ambiance
- Oversee scheduling, team delegation, and employee performance management
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally, ensuring high satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Coordinate with internal teams (e-commerce, marketing, logistics, and customer service) to align showroom performance with company-wide goals
- Plan and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and seasonal displays
- Report regularly to senior management on showroom metrics, customer behavior, and team performance

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in retail or showroom management, preferably in furniture, home décor, or lifestyle brands
- Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and driving team performance
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Deep understanding of visual merchandising and showroom standards
- Tech-savvy, with experience using POS systems, inventory tools, and Microsoft Office
- Flexible, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
